Cancellation Policy
Policy Statement At Journey of Youth Development Inc. (“JOYD”), we value the time and commitment of both our students and our tutors. To help us serve all families fairly, we ask that any cancellations be made at least two (2) hours before the session. Cancellations made with less than two (2) hours’ notice, or missed sessions without notice, will result in a $30 late cancellation or no-show fee.
