Cancellation Policy

Hosted by Journey of Youth Development 1. Registration & Sibling Enrollment Multiple Children: To register siblings, select your total number of participants during booking. A 15% Sibling Discount automatically applies at checkout when enrolling 2 or more children. 2. Pricing & Early Bird Savings Early Bird Rate ($200): Valid for all registrations completed on or before August 15th (automatically calculated at checkout). Standard Rate ($225): Applies to all registrations submitted on or after August 16th. 3. Strict Refund Policy No Refunds: All tuition payments, deposits, and fees are 100% non-refundable. No partial or full refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for voluntary withdrawals, missed sessions, schedule conflicts, or illness. Program Removal Exception: A refund will only be issued if a student is formally removed from the program directly by Journey of Youth Development administration. 4. Liability & Medical Authorization By completing registration, parents/guardians accept the Journey of Youth Development Liability Release. Parents/guardians assume full financial responsibility for any medical treatment or emergency transportation expenses incurred during program participation.
